Decent but disappointing for the price.

Unprofessional staff was initially rude in many ways. Toilet was stinking and floor drains of sewage. Room decorative items and floor had stains. Shower and toilet poorly cleaned. Carpet in hallway made it difficult to roll luggage. Limited breakfast meat options of only pork. Seating in lobby had several stains.

VERY NICE ACCOMMODATION. A GREAT LOCATION.

LOCATION. GOOD RESTAURANT AND ROOM SERVICE. FRIENDLY STAFF.

OCCASIONALLY NO PARKING SPOT AVAILABLE. DIRTY WINDOWS SO THE CAPITOL LAGOON WAS NOT VERY VISIBLE. ESP WHEN THERE WAS A FIREWORKS DISPLAY AT NIGHT.

Hotel staff are guaranteed hospitable, friendly and try their best to serve guests all the time.

Nice hotel. Knowledgeable helpful staff. Fantastic location & good amenities.

Fantastic location. Attended an organic farmers market and Terra Madre event which was right next to the hotel. Good breakfast buffet. Good room service. Nice & very helpful staff. Newer facilities so charging outlets on nightstand. Nice roof deck bar and resto. Central location for meetings. Parking area very accessible.

Noise from the corridor easily heard- passing guests. One night even heard snoring of the next door guest. Windows faced the beautiful Capitol Lagoon Park but needed cleaning.

Location is superb. Exclusive and accessible to nice place to visit.

The bed is comfortable but I just don’t like the smell of the pillows, it smells like “kulob” for me.

Clean, comfortable stay in Bacolod!

Central location of hotel, clean room, comfortable bed, decent breakfast, friendly staff, massage service.

Less common fruits other than papaya and pineapple would have been appreciated, i.e. Dragon fruit, chico, atis. Then you would know that you are in Bacolod. As of now, the breakfast in Seda Bacolod is the same as in Seda Iloilo.

I love the place. It's right in the center of Bacolod City and very accessible. The breakfast buffet was really good. The room is very comfortable and clean as well and I love the view of the capitol Park from our room.

Fantastic Hotel

Stayed twice at this hotel during my recent trip to Bacolod. Both stays' were fantastic. The excellent friendly staff provided a great service, rooms were spotless, great restaurant, nice pool and rooftop bar in a fantastic location. We will be back.

Clean rooms and restroom. The bar and the gym were clean. I was able to check in at 130pm earlier than the check in time. Thank you.

There was no bidet in the restroom. Only one set of toilettries except the toothbrush.

A good hotel with friendly and efficient staff in a great location

Very friendly and efficient service at the reception and the breakfast room. The breakfast is of good quality and there are a lot of choices.The doormen and porters are courteous and efficient. The room is very clean and I like the location right in front of the park. The establishment is not luxurious and the bathrooms need some work but otherwise a good and comfortable place to stay.

The dinner buffet - aside from the ingredients that are cooked specifically for the guest - was not fresh. I expected a lot more since it's not cheap.

Nice location near the restaurants/ cafes and also within walking distance to ayala mall.

I stayed initially at an Adjoining room which has a door in between another room. I could hear the television and voices of people on the other room. Luckily there was another room available so i transferred in the middle of the night (2:00 am)

Very Good

Staff very helpful and obliging especially on front desk. Were flexible on a late check out for example without extra charge. Close to Ayala and SM malls and St. Sebastian cathedral.

It’s a new hotel but has a very functional old fashioned design. Rooftop bar plays rather loud music ok for youngsters. But good views from there. More middle aged people might find it too loud. It’s really a nightclub.
